MILKY WAY Onlus is a little Italian non lucrative organisation (The meaning of the word ONLUS is “organismo non lucrativo (di) utilità sociale); it was founded in February 2004 and it is formed by pure volunteers only. MILKY WAY Onlus Members are lay people with different background united by the common ground of Christian love and friendship among peoples and dignity for all human beings. Our motto is “This is my commandment: That you love one another, as I have loved you” (John, 15:12) |

MILKY WAY Onlus performs its humanitarian activities in the poorest areas of GHANA, West Africa, in co-operation with Rev. Fr. Eugenio Petrogalli, an Italian Comboni Missionary based in Ghana. MILKY WAY Onlus acts in: - the poor outskirts of the big cities of Accra, Kumasi, Tamale; - Aflao and traditional area in the Volta Region; - Yendi and most of the 60 villages of the rural district of Chereponi in the Northern Region. |
